Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
The Perry Group operates TPGStats to support its real estate team, client relationships, transactions, and business operations. This policy explains how we handle personal information through TPGStats at tpgstats.com and its connected workflows. It applies to information about clients, prospective clients, agents, staff, and other people whose information is entered into or received by TPGStats, including people who do not have a TPGStats account.
Our public marketing website at theperry.group has a separate privacy and cookie notice. Other companies' websites and services also have their own privacy notices.
Information we handle
The information in TPGStats depends on your relationship with us and the features and integrations in use. It can include:
- Contact and account information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, profile information, account identifiers, sign-in information, preferences, and team or office assignments.
- Client, lead, and transaction information: inquiries, communication and activity records, property interests and addresses, agent assignments, transaction parties, contract dates, purchase and financing details, commissions, fees, and referral or lead-source information.
- Documents and content: contracts, disclosures, forms, photographs, attachments, notes, and other material entered, uploaded, or imported into the service. Documents may contain personal or financial information about the people involved.
- Agent and staff information: professional profiles, roles, permissions, work assignments, performance and business metrics, and information used to administer team operations.
- Connected-service information: external account identifiers, authorization credentials, and records exchanged with connected services. Depending on the connection, these can include CRM contacts and activities, transaction documents, property and lead information, and email or calendar information.
- Technical and usage information: IP addresses, browser and device information, page addresses, interactions, timestamps, account identifiers, errors, diagnostics, and session replay information described below.
We receive information from people who use TPGStats, our agents and staff, transaction participants, connected business systems, and property or lead-data sources. We also collect technical and usage information when the service is used.
How we use information
We use information to provide and administer TPGStats; authenticate users and manage access; organize client relationships, leads, properties, transactions, and documents; coordinate work and communications; calculate and report business activity, commissions, and performance; and operate connected integrations.
We also use information to provide support, diagnose errors, understand how features are used, improve the service, protect accounts and systems, and maintain records needed for our business, legal obligations, and the handling of disputes.
How information is shared
Information is available to agents, staff, administrators, and other participants according to their roles, assignments, and the workflow involved. Transaction and contact information may be shared with participating brokerages, lenders, title companies, and other service providers in connection with client inquiries, referrals, and transactions. The Perry Group has paid lead-delivery relationships with lenders; those relationships can involve sharing prospective-client contact and inquiry information.
We use service providers to operate the application, host and store information, authenticate users, deliver communications, connect business systems, and provide analytics and diagnostics. These providers process information needed for their services. TPGStats uses Supabase for database and authentication services, Heroku for application hosting, and analytics tools described below. This is not an exhaustive vendor list.
When a connected integration is enabled, information can be imported from or sent to the connected provider as part of that workflow. An external provider's handling of information is also governed by its own terms and privacy notice. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process.
Cookies, analytics, and session replay
TPGStats uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session operation, preferences, analytics, and diagnostics. Eligible pages use Google Analytics and PostHog to help us understand usage and investigate problems. Analytics and diagnostic records may be associated with an account or other identifier; they should not be assumed to be anonymous.
PostHog session replay can reconstruct activity within TPGStats, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, visible page content, and text entered into forms. Non-password form content can be included in recordings. Fields identified by the browser as password fields are configured to be masked, but this does not mean that all personal or sensitive information displayed or entered elsewhere is masked. Recording depends on the page and the configuration in effect.
Browser settings can limit or remove cookies and some browser storage. Doing so can affect sign-in and other features and does not necessarily stop every form of data collection. Preferences on our separate marketing website do not necessarily control tracking within TPGStats. Contact us below with questions about TPGStats analytics or privacy choices.
Retention and security
Retention varies by the type of information and the reasons it is held, including ongoing account and transaction administration, business records, legal requirements, and disputes. Copies may also exist in backups, logs, and connected systems. Closing an account or disconnecting an integration does not by itself delete previously received records or copies held by another provider.
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, and encryption of stored integration authorization credentials. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about information concerning you or to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy. Depending on the law that applies and your circumstances, you may also have rights to limit or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. The availability and scope of these rights can vary, and some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
You can manage a connected service's authorization through that provider's available account controls. Revoking authorization may prevent features from working and does not necessarily remove information already exchanged.
